We built the ATTA Way on a philosophy that the ancient Greeks called the Whole-Person Concept, the idea that sustained success requires a balance of physical, mental, and spiritual fitness. At ATTA, our mission is to help Everyday Warriors pursue a life of balance – which requires a solid foundation. Since physical fitness increases strength, focus, and energy, we’ve made it the cornerstone upon which we layer mental and spiritual growth.

At ATTA, the pillar of physical fitness is about setting goals and making progress – not pursuing perfection. Staying motivated is often challenging when success seems so far away, but there’s a simple solution that makes even the most ambitious physical goals manageable:

  1. Decide what you’d like to achieve; maybe it’s running a marathon, losing weight, or becoming more flexible. It’s important to forget what other people want you to focus on – this is all about you.
  2. Figure out what achieving your goal looks like; two people can have the same goal but different definitions. Maybe it’s running 26 miles, losing 50 pounds, or touching your toes.
  3. Break this significant goal into smaller, more manageable tasks. For example, running one mile more each week, losing 3 pounds, then 5, then 10, or touching your knees, then your ankles.
  4. Keep passing these smaller goals until you reach your definition of success.

Being an Everyday Warrior means embracing the journey and becoming your best self. That’s why we're partnering with respected physical fitness leaders – extraordinary men and women who’ll inspire, guide, and motivate you.

Lasting success means making incremental changes that become habits over time. Each step moves us closer to our goals; soon you’ll look back at where you started and be amazed at just how far you’ve come.

We invite you to join our tribe and take this journey with us.
